Whenever a case review is completed the recommendations and learning will identify ways that local professionals and organisations can improve the way they work together to safeguard children, young people, families and adults at risk.
Southampton Safeguarding Children Partnership have produced the following document which provides a summary of learning from case reviews in Southampton up to 2021. It has been produced using information from both Local Safeguarding Adults and Children Partnerships review and audit activity.
